We handle Refinances, purchases, as well as home listings and more. What markets are other brokers targeting where business is still flowing? You either find something where you're better then the next guy or you're out - for the time being...I have a lot of biz connections in builder and mortgage industry and the feedback I'm getting is that now if you can fix the credit, you WILL get lot of biz. I have several friends that have oriented that way and are still doing very well, I on the other hand have took off my successful builder/bank mortgage hat and joined a growing number of mortgage professionals in supplementing their income with some automated residual $$$$$ and don't feel any remorse as of now.
